Kinsan Ginsan

Picture
The Japanese Twins
Kinsan Ginsan were known for their longevity being the two oldest twins alive.

These two identical house boats designed to adjoin or sit independently are the flagship designs.

One bedroom homes with living room/ kitchenette, master bedroom with en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom. The bedroom features sliding doors opening to a dual aspect, panorama window ideal for moorings in picturesque settings.

We wanted our initial designs to spurn the traditional decor often associated with Floating Homes.

Instead we've opted for polished hard wood floors, sleek kitchen work tops and crisp white walls.

Each of the double glazed windows were made to measure and allow shafts of light to fill the space at all times of the day all the while maintaining the privacy of the occupant.
